Full payment is required upon order placement unless otherwise arranged. Payment can be made via EFT or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX or Diners Club).
PLEASE NOTE: A delay in delivery will occur if this payment is not received promptly.
In the event that an order is cancelled and where production of the goods has commenced at the time of cancellation, a cancellation/re-stocking fee may be charged. It may also result in the loss of any deposits paid.
Lead-times stated are subject to the availability of materials and components from outside suppliers. Chairbiz Pty Ltd will not be liable for any claim arising from failure to deliver or for delay in delivery occasioned by unavailability of materials, strikes, accidents or any cause or event beyond the reasonable control of the company.
Unless otherwise specified, the following warranties apply to all Chairbiz products:
Should the goods prove to be defective within this period, and provided that the damage is not due to the use or misuse of the goods or from fair wear and tear, Chairbiz Pty Ltd will at its discretion, replace or repair defective goods free of charge.
On receipt of your order, Chairbiz Pty Ltd will require final details of finishes required. We stress that without this information your order may not be processed, effecting final lead-time.
Variations in fabric die lots, timber grain, shade and/or colour of goods supplied, particularly where surfaces are veneered with natural timbers, shall not be regarded as a fault and no claims will be entertained in respect of it.
Where items are offered with FREE delivery, prices are based on delivery to ground floor metro area only. Delivery to multi-storey locations may incur additional cost.
The placement of goods and/or de-bagging of chairs is not included and is available upon request at additional cost.
Site must be clear and free from obstruction and unrestricted lift facilities, if required, must be available at no charge.
All Chairbiz products are carefully inspected before delivery. Should short deliveries or damaged goods occur, you must contact us within 24 hours of the delivery/installation taking place.
